The product was well packed in a bubble pack with the Kefir itself in a little zip lock bag that was filled like a balloon with air to cushion the grains against any damage. The grains that were in the milk mixture were of different sizes with some being about the size of plump cooked grains of rice. The grains made perfect Kefir yoghurt with my So Good High Protein Soy Milk. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Kefir Culture for their Kefir Milk Grains, and their care in transport. Much appreciated!

Uta is very responsive and provides a lot of information to get you started on your fermentation journey. The milk kefir grains are healthy and already working so I was able to get my first glass of kefir the next day.

Great product. It’s so easy to make and very beneficial.
Loving it, easy to start. I have just frozen some for cooking. Absolutely delicious with a teaspoon of cinnamon infused honey stirred in just before drinking.
Excellent and speedy service. I needed them only to boost my existing grains so didn’t need the starter kit but I’m more than happy with the price regardless.
