  1. Use fresh, organic ingredients: Fresh, organic produce will provide the best flavor and nutrition for your smoothie.
  2. Blend each layer separately: To create distinct layers in your smoothie, blend each layer separately before layering them in the glass.
  3. Use ripe fruits: Ripe fruits will provide the best flavor and sweetness for your smoothie. Make sure to use fruits that are in season for the freshest taste.
  4. Use a high-speed blender: A high-speed blender will blend your ingredients smoothly and create a creamy texture for your smoothie.
  5. Add water kefir: Water kefir is a probiotic-rich drink that adds a tangy flavor and gut-healthy bacteria to your smoothie. Use water kefir instead of water to add more nutrition and flavor to your smoothie.
  6. Add ice cubes: To make your smoothie cold and refreshing, add ice cubes to your blender while blending each layer.

Final Thoughts:

The grains are full of goodness including enzymes, probiotic, good yeasts, amino acids & good fats. As the grains don’t have a lot of flavour, they can be added to a huge range of foods to add texture and thicken which makes juices more filling and luxurious.
