Double decker breakfast smoothy… Featuring layer 1: carrot, ginger, celery, apple & orange. Layer 2: kale, cucumber, celery, apple. Both are blended with a generous 1/4 cup of water kefir grains (the grains are full of goodness including enzymes, probiotic, good yeasts, amino acids & good fats) as the grains don’t have a lot of flavour they can be added to a huge range of foods to add texture and thicken which makes juices more filling and luxurious.
