To make consistent batches of milk kefir you need to ensure that your ratio of kefir grains to milk are the same for each batch.
The easiest way to do this is to weigh your ingredients.
Remember – as your milk kefir multiplies it will ferment the milk faster. The same is true if the environment is warmer.
