Get all your carotenoid rich fruits and vegetables plus add fresh ginger and some apple or berries for sweetness as your first layer then make the green layer by blending your green ingredients such as cucumbers, celery, kale, spinach, honeydew melon ginger and green apples.
The milk kefir can be used to soak some chia seeds and rolled oats if you want sone additional texture and carbs.
Gently pour each layer into a Madison’s jar add some toasted or ground raw nuts and seeds to top it off.
