Milk Kefir Porridge Recipe:

If you are after a hearty breakfast to kick off the day, try some Milk Kefir Porridge. Here’s what you need:

  • Sprouted lentils Five grains cooked (wild rice, pearl barley, quinoa, buckwheat, brown rice)
  • 1 ripe banana 1 apple Vanilla (pod or extract)
  • 5 spices (Cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
  • Bullet blender
  • Grater
  • Honey (or sweetener of your choice)

Blend 90% of the spouts and rice (I keep some for texture)

Add banana spices and milk kefir (to get the texture of your liking)

Top with grated apple, additional kefir milk and honey.
