- 1 cup milk kefir
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Add the milk kefir, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and LSA to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
