For this reason, a complex and highly variable community of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts can be found in these grains although some predominant.
Our grains are grown in an organic environment and are active and ready to use once you receive them.

26 August, 2022 I placed the order on Sunday and our 'babies' arrived Tuesday well packaged and full of information. Instant success with cultivating and I'm already noticing the benefits. I have a mild psoriasis on my face and behind my ears which flares up from time to time and also post nasal drip and hayfever which seemed to have cleared up. No more sneezing bouts in the morning.
