All our water kefir grains are fed and nourished daily on sugars such as Organic Panela Sugar, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Coconut Sugar and Organic Molasses. These are varied in quantities and proportions as not to favour any one bacterial or yeast strain. This allows for optimum variety. We use only quality filtered water that has been ionised prior to the grains being dehydrated.
