Our Fermentation Starter Booster Sugars+ 480g for Water Kefir consists of all natural specialty sugars enhanced with 72+ ancient trace minerals and is formulated to boost grain productivity. Our Sugars will also assist in maintaining the health of water kefir grains. Sugar diversity encourages optimum variety of beneficial probiotic bacteria and yeasts.

It offers nutritional support in maintaining a diverse range of beneficial microbial probiotic bacterial strains.

We recommend that you use Fermentation Starter Booster Sugars+ 480g Formula as follows… 

• ideal for encouraging the water kefir culture to make a diverse range of beneficial probiotic bacterial strains.
• use it 1-2 times per week in your ‘first fermentations’.
• use it when you first receive your grains. (We include a free sample with every water kefir grain order.)
• ideal when resting your culture in the fridge and once you bring it back our for room temperature fermentation.
• provides additional nutritional support when activating dehydrated grains.
• when getting your grains prepared for a rest period in the fridge (ie. going on a vacation) KefirCulture’s Starter Booster Sugars+ Formula will provide a better feed for your grains while they are resting in your fridge for a 1-4 week period.
