Whey fermented almond and walnut butter

To make walnut butter, the almonds are soaked in before being ground. It also has the goodness of organic molasses, Celtic salt and a splash of Canadian maple syrup. It is combined on the slice of organic gluten free multi-grain bread with some chia, mango & passion fruit jam and sour black cherry jam.
